There are 6 Board meetings per year as of 2024. Additional meetings may be requested as needed
BOD meetings will be in the River Birch Room at Mallets Creek Lirary. The meetings begin at 6pm:

2025 Annual Meeting is set for Saturday, April 26th, 11:30am in the auditorium, GL202 of the Great Lakes Training Center Building at Washtenaw Community College again.

Garage outlets are not for electric vehicle (EV) charging. Those outlets are not rated for the draw required for EVs and those outlets are paid for by the Association and all co-owners. EV owners are responsible for the costs associated with charging their own vehicles. That includes adding a dedicated charger to their own panels/meters. The Association will audit electricity usage and recoup our electricity costs from responsible co-owners. Please review this article:

On a related note, if you have the Stab-Loc breakers and panels manufactured by Federal Pacific Electric, that electric service panel may be faulty and a safety hazard. See attached report and links below:
