Garage outlets are not for electric vehicle (EV) charging. Those outlets are not rated for the draw required for EVs and those outlets are paid for by the Association and all co-owners. EV owners are responsible for the costs associated with charging their own vehicles. That includes adding a dedicated charger to their own panels/meters. The Association will audit electricity usage and recoup our electricity costs from responsible co-owners. Please review this article:
