Rules and Regulations

If you purchased your unit within GEORGETOWN COMMONS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION after 1998, you should have filed all the appropriate forms for voting rights at closing, as well as received a copy of the Master Deed. This enables you, or your proxy, to vote at all Annual Meetings or Special Meetings called by the Association. 

If you purchased your unit before 1998, you may or may not be registered. Please contact any board member with "A Request for Verification of Registration" and be sure to include the following information: 

We will check our records and contact you as soon as possible. If you are not registered, we will be happy to work with to complete the process.

• Modifications

To get permission to make a modification, download the GCCA Modification Form.pdf and submit it. Garage doors are the responsibility of the co-owner. You may use any garage door business, but the door MUST BE an approved 4 panel Windsor style door.

• Designation of Voting Representative 

Download a copy of the Designation of Voting Representative form. Fill in the appropriate information. Once completed, please give the form to a board member for filing. NOTE: This form shall remain in effect until such time as the Co-Owner files an updated Designation of Voting Representative with the Association.
